or a unit driveway.
DO NOT park on the
grass or unpaved areas.

A
vehicle obstructing another
or obstructing traffic is
prohibited and subject to
tow.
•
Campers, RV’s, boats,
trailers and oversized
vehicles are not allowed to
park in the parking areas
around the buildings.
They must be kept in
the areas assigned.
•
Place all unwanted trash and
unwanted debris in the
receptacle provided.
•
Report suspicious activity
or emergency conditions to
management at 837-9181, or
the proper local
authorities.
•
Florida Statute prohibits
outdoor cooking on porches,
balconies, or near the
building.
Barbeque in a safe
area, extinguish embers, and
empty cool ashes in the
trash.
•
Pets
are NOT allowed in condos
without consent of the
homeowner.
Pets on common areas
must always be leashed.
A person with a pet
must collect and properly
dispose of its waste.
•
Do
NOT feed the wild animals or
aquatic life.
•
Porches, balconies, fences
and breezeways are to be
left clear of personal
belongings, and no towels,
bathing suits, clothing,
etc. may e hung in exposed
areas.
•
Items inside the condo
belong to the owner; DO NOT
remove them from inside the
building.
•
Florida
requires a state license to
fish in the lakes on the
property.
•
Pool
furniture may NOT be removed
from the pool areas.
•
Follow the rules posted at
the swimming pools. The use
of radios, tape players and
similar equipment in the
pool area is only allowed
with the use of headsets.
•
No
pets allowed in the pool
areas.
•
